The www.saavyrelations.org online store sells via the Internet. Orders are accepted via the saavyrelations.org website and internet sales portals.

 

 

1. These Regulations were drawn up on the basis of the provisions of law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland and define the rules for running the saavyrelations.org shop, including the rules for the sale of goods by Saavy Relations Sp. Zoo. The Regulations define the rights and obligations of clients, as well as the rights, obligations and scope of responsibility of Saavy Relations Sp. 10. All prices in the shop are gross prices (including VAT). Binding for the Parties to the Transaction is the price displayed next to the product at the time of placing the order, but does not reflect the current inventory. The saavyrelations.org store reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, introduce new goods, promotional campaigns and cancel them. It is also possible to individually determine the prices of products and the method of their delivery.

 

11. The purchase is confirmed by issuing a VAT invoice.

 

12. The goods are ordered by adding them to the basket, filling in the form with data and confirming the order. Orders can also be placed by phone (+48) 514-342-111 and by e-mail to the following address: info@saavyrelations.org. The number of ordered goods is limited by the quantity in stock.

 

13. It is possible to order goods that are not in the store's warehouse at the time of ordering. You should then contact the service of the saavyrelations.org store by e-mail or telephone in order to obtain it. The possibility and date of its delivery will then be determined. And in the event of problems with bringing the ordered goods, the Buyer will be informed by e-mail or by phone about the impossibility of bringing it, and thus the store's withdrawal from the contract. The entire amount transferred to the store's account will be returned to the customer within 3 business days.

 

14. You can pay for the ordered goods using DOTPAY (bank transfer, credit card), bank transfer, using PayPal. Prepayment. After booking the ordered goods in the online store, an e-mail with the bank account number is sent. Immediately after the money is credited to the company's account, the order is processed. Shipments are usually delivered via Poczta Polska within 2-5 days. By courier up to three business days. Each order placed is confirmed by e-mail. Also in this way, information is provided about the payment being credited to the account (in the case of prepayment) and about the shipment of the goods. Shipments are usually delivered INPOST / PACZKOMATY within 1-4 days. By courier, 1-3 business days, in normal times. Ordered goods are shipped in the shortest possible time. If the goods are purchased on the day before the weekend and holidays, the shipment is carried out on the next working day.

 

15. The ordered goods are delivered via INPOST / PACZKOMATY or by INPOST courier.

 

16. Shipping costs are added to each ordered product. The buyer in Poland is charged with shipping costs up to the purchase amount of PLN 300, with the exception of foreign shipments, which are determined individually. Above this amount and using the dotpay method or bank transfer, the shipping costs are borne by the saavyrelations.org store. The shipping cost is valid at the time of placing the order. 

17. The Regulations define the rules of shopping in the saavyrelations.org store. By placing an order, you agree to all the provisions and information contained in the regulations.

 

18. Pursuant to the Act on the protection of consumer rights, the customer may withdraw the goods purchased in the online store without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the shipment. It is possible only if the purchased goods have not been used or have not been damaged in any way. I guarantee the return of the value of the goods. The money will be transferred to the indicated account. The cost of the cheapest form of delivery is reimbursed, the customer pays for returning the goods. Before returning the goods, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

 

19. From the moment you take possession of the goods, you are obliged to store and handle the products properly. The product (s) must be returned to us unchanged. The returned Product should be unused, odorless, clean and with tags attached, and packed in a way that ensures no damage to the parcel during transport.

 

20. In the event of a complaint, please also provide the same information as in the case of return and then send the defective goods to our store and confirm the purchase. The ordering party shall bear the costs related to the return of the complaint. They will be returned to him after the complaint is accepted. The shop is responsible for the costs of re-sending the goods in good working order. A description of the reason for the complaint should be attached to the shipment being complained about or returned. The product will be replaced with a full-fledged product if it is possible. If it is not possible to replace the goods with a new one, the shop will refund the value of the goods complained about to the ordering party. A defective product is one that has technical defects not resulting from standard use.

 

21. When purchasing a custom-made product, there is no right to withdraw from a distance contract.

 

22. They do not constitute the basis for the complaint: differences in the appearance of the goods delivered with the ordered, viewed on the website of the saavyrelations.org Store, which may result from other settings (parameters) of the Customer's monitor. However, Saavy Relations Sp. The Zoo agrees that, within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods, the Customer requests that it be replaced with another product of the same assortment due to parameters that are not satisfactory for the Customer, in particular - due to the color or size; improper care of the purchased goods. The method of cleaning the scarves is given on the product. If there is no information on the product, ask your dealer for cleaning methods.

 

23. Cancellation can only be made by e-mail (in the title: CANCELLATION OF THE ORDERED GOODS) or by phone. Only orders that have not been processed yet (the customer has not received confirmation of their fulfillment) can be canceled.

 

24. Possibilities of canceling the order: by informing the customer about the cancellation of the order.

 

25. In the event that the goods are out of stock or the goods are damaged at the seller's place or in the event of problems with bringing the ordered goods, the Buyer will be informed by e-mail or by phone about the impossibility of bringing it, and thus the store's withdrawal from the contract. The entire amount transferred to the store's account will be returned to the customer within 3 business days.

 

26. The Customer's personal data is processed by the Seller as the personal data administrator.

 

27. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, but necessary in order to use certain Electronic Services related to the conclusion of the Sales Agreement.

 

28. The Seller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the processed personal data.

 

29. The Customer's Personal Data provided as part of the Online Store will be processed by the Seller for specific, specific purposes indicated and described in detail in the Privacy Policy available in the Online Store.

 

30. As a rule, depending on the use of specific functionalities, the customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the authority competent for the protection of personal data, the right to object, the right to access his personal data, request rectification, deletion, limitation of processing and data transfer.
